Welcome new staff

Diversity Richmond is growing!  We are excited to welcome two new people to our Center Staff team.  

Michelle Campbell (she/her), Administrative Coordinator. 

Michelle Campbell is a published author of sapphic romance, baker of breads and desserts, and lover of baseball. She’s spent most of her life in and around Richmond and considers it her hometown. She and her wife came back to Richmond after spending a year RV traveling the country with their two cats. Michelle’s work experience spans from sign language interpreter to English teacher to manager of people, websites, and ad accounts. She’s delighted to be a part of Diversity Richmond as the Administrative Coordinator.

Fancie "Qing" Terrell (they/them/he), Volunteer Coordinator

Fancie “Qing” Terrell identifies as a black queer trans masc nonbinary person that is a descendant of American enslavement. Among other things, they are a parent, partner, community member and creative artist. They studied communications at Central Florida University and is currently a fellow at the University of Virginia school of Medicine. Fancie is dedicated to and passionate about the advancements for both people of color that identify as a part of the LGBTQ+ community.
