Our center is centrally located between Hermitage and Brook roads, with ample free parking and easy access from I-95 and I-64. We offer flexible set-up times, A/V equipment, kitchen access for caterers, and our facility can be used for both day and evening events.
Non-profit organizations are eligible for a reduced fee. Non-profit organizations that share the mission and vision of Diversity Richmond may apply to have these rental fees further reduced or waived. Reduction of rental fees can be approved only by the President of Diversity Richmond.
Event Hall
Our 13,000-square-foot Event Hall provides flexible space to accommodate meetings, conferences, trade shows, banquets, weddings, musical and theatrical performances, and much more. The Event Hall features a full-service kitchen, a sophisticated audio system and adjoins our main parking lot. It is fully accessible for special needs visitors.

Main Hall: 500 theater seating / 350 banquet seating (10,500 sf)
Small Hall: 150 theater seating / 75 banquet seating (2,500sf)
Entire Event Hall: Capacity varies by set design (13,000sf)
*Figures are approximate. For rentals involving less than the entire Event Hall, unrented portions of the Event Hall will be used to stage equipment as necessary. Rentals of the entire Event Hall are only available at the full daily rate.

A security deposit must be paid before the hall can be reserved. All rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event date. The security deposit will be refunded within five business days after the event, minus any cost for repairs as the result of damage to the facility by the tenant or their guests.
Individuals or organizations who cancel a scheduled event within 14 days of the event date will forfeit 50% of the security deposit.
Security and rent deposits that are paid less than two weeks prior to the event must be paid by cash, credit card, certified check, money order or Paypal. Checks will not be accepted. The remainder of the rent must be paid prior to set-up and through the same methods.

Fees for other uses and configurations of the space will be negotiated with the tenant. Tenants are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as when they arrived.
Classroom
Our classroom seats up to 25 for seminars, lectures, presentations and other educational purposes. A ramp provides access to the Classroom and Gallery for special-needs visitors.

Our classroom is equipped for A/V presentations, seminars and workshops, and has wireless Internet access.
Classroom accommodates approximately 25 people.

It is the responsibility of the tenant to protect and maintain the integrity of the wooden surfaces and nicer furniture pieces in the lounge and gallery. Diversity Richmond will provide assistance and/or direction concerning these matters.
The Iridian Gallery
The Iridian Gallery conference center consists of four rooms that can be reserved separately for meetings, or used together for receptions. The Gallery is handicap accessible through our classroom.

Our Gallery and Lounge can be rented individually for meetings and seminars, or combined for parties and receptions.
Main Gallery: 40 in a row seating/25 at tables seating
Lounge: 8 at a conference table/15 total
Entire Gallery/Lounge: 100 for reception
