Diversity Thrift had a surplus of school supplies that Assistant Manager Ava Entzminger had set aside to redistribute to local students. She reached out to Ralph Stuckey, Director of Resident Services for Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority who recommended the supplies go to the summer recreation program at Calhoun Community Center. On delivery day, students helped unload the donation which included school supplies, art supplies, bookbags, and books.
